Water Effect

Ini gampang kali kok... :D

1. Buat file baru dengan ukuran 300 x 300 px
2. Set Foreground Color dengan warna Hitam dan Background Color dengan warna Putih
3. Mari kita mulai :
• Filter -> Render -> Clouds
• Filter -> Artistic -> Plastic Wrap
• Plastic Wrap Properties : Highlight Strength 20 - Detail 15 - Smoothness 4
• Filter -> Distort -> Glass
• Glass Properties : Distortion 20 - Smoothness 15 - Texture Canvas - Scaling 200% - Check Invert
• Image -> Adjustment -> Hue / Saturation
• Hue Saturation Properties : Check Colorize - Hue +205 - Saturation +50 - Lightness +10
